Welcome to the world of HighIOT and congratulation on the purchase of your new Akita device. Please send a copy of this card along with a proof of purchase to receive service for this device, by mailing them to us at support@akita.cloud, detailing the issue with the product.


The warranty period starts on the date of purchase of the Akita device, as evidenced by the original proof of purchase. The HightIOT warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship (“Defect”) for Twelve (12) months following the date of purchase. If a Defect covered by this Warranty is detected by us within such warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our expense.


HighIOT does not provide any warranty for the following:

  • Any (1) third-party software, settings, content, data, or links installed or downloaded onto your product at any time, or (2) third-party services.
  • Any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to or corruption of content or data saved in the device, or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing our products.
  • Any (1) normal wear and tear, (2) reduced charging capacity of the battery resulting from its natural end of life, or (3) pixel defects in your product’s display that are within the scope of industry standards.
  • Any malfunctions or damage caused by: (1) misuse or not using your product in accordance with the user guide, such as (but not limited to) if the product has been exposed to liquid outside of the approved levels, extreme electromagnetic field (such as damages caused by microwave ovens), dampness, extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, spillage of food or liquid, or influence from chemical products, (2) using your product with, or connecting it to, any product, accessory, software, or service not manufactured or supplied by HighIOT and does not meet the HighIOT product’s specifications, (3) any products combined with your product by a third party, (4) damage or errors caused by hacking, cracking, viruses, or other malware, or by unauthorized access to services, accounts, computer systems, or networks; (5) other acts beyond our reasonable control.
  • This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of us; (d) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product; or (e) if we receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g. by presenting proof of purchase).
